B&L Hospitality was founded by Chef Brandon Walker, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America.  His passion lies in American progressive comfort food, seafood, and to provide exceptional service through his company.  Chef Walker prides himself on being a perfectionist and wants to have his attention to detail come through in all that he does.  His tenure stretches from places in New York City such as Park Avenue Café, Oceana, and BLT Prime; and locally at Panzur, and Nic L Inn Wine Cellar on the Hudson where he was the opening Executive Chef.

Chef Walker has over 15 years cooking experience.  His travels have educated him in Spanish, Japanese, Italian, and French cuisines.  His time spent in learning these food cultures is what he will bring to the Hudson Valley through B&L Hospitality.
